Baazi Like's Terms & Conditions — In Plain Terms

By using the Baazi Like website (baazilike.app) or mobile app, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Baazi Like and the user. They may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The Bengali version of this document is considered the primary reference. In case of any ambiguity, Baazi Like's decision shall be final.

The following conditions must be met to create an account and play on Baazi Like. These rules apply equally to all users.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed without prior verification.
• Each individual may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created using false information may be terminated at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You may not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to Baazi Like support immediately.
• Opening an account in the name of a corporate entity or business is strictly prohibited.

Important Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without it.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn after being wagered at least once. Direct withdrawal of deposits without any wagering is not permitted.
• To withdraw earnings from a bonus, you must first fulfil the specified wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals will be processed using the same method as the original deposit. Requests to withdraw via a different method are generally not approved.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity, Baazi Like reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal.

Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only. Each account is eligible to receive this bonus once.

• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the welcome bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Bonus balance cannot be used at real-money live tables unless explicitly permitted by the specific offer.
• Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities to obtain bonuses may result in account termination.

• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the system through hacking is strictly prohibited and will be penalised.
• Winnings resulting from a technical error or glitch in any game will not be paid out.
• Chip Dumping — gaining an unfair advantage by playing the same game across multiple accounts simultaneously — is strictly prohibited.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, play will resume from the last saved state.
• In Sports Betting, only bets placed before an event begins are valid. Bets placed after kick-off or start may be cancelled.

Live Casino Special Rules

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If any hand or round is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded. Using abusive language or making threats in the chat may result in a temporary account suspension.

• Attempting to reverse engineer any part of the platform may result in legal action.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please follow the steps below. We take all complaints seriously and are committed to resolving them fairly.

• If your issue is not resolved satisfactorily by our support team, you may submit a formal complaint to complaints@baazilike.app. We will respond within 48 hours.
• Third-party mediation may be pursued with the consent of both parties. The mediator's decision shall be binding on both sides.

Baazi Like reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through an in-app notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
• The date of each update will be noted at the top of this page under the "Last Updated" section.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
